Calgary Neurologist – Montgomery

Leslie Ferguson is an FRCPC qualified neurologist with fellowship training in Movement Disorders including Parkinsons disease, Huntingtons disease, Ataxia, Tic disorders, Dystonia, and Myoclonus. He has experience with and is qualified to perform Botox injections to treat various movement disorders and headache. He was born and spent most of his life in Saskatchewan but has lived in Calgary and Edmonton as well. After retiring from the Canadian Forces he attended medical school followed by Neurology residency training at the University of Saskatchewan and Fellowship in movement disorders at the University of Calgary. He also has a Masters degree in Epidemiology. He currently has 14 peer reviewed publications and 13 abstracts. He is an avid participant in martial arts with a brown belt in Shukokai Karate and a purple belt in Shotokan Karate. He also plans to explore Wing Chung in the future. He is happily married for the past 24 years and is the proud father of two adult children.
