Chris Rozell
Psychologist – Shawnessy
Chris developed his passion for studying the nervous system through his experience working with families and individuals living with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. After completing a Master’s degree in counselling psychology at Athabasca University, he trained and specialized in biofeedback (observing and recording a person’s physiological response to various situations) and the measurement of brain networks using quantitative electroencephalogram (an electronic test that detects electrical activity in the brain). Throughout his clinical work, Chris has noticed that many patients seeking support with cognitive and emotional challenges also struggle with sleep issues. Providing a holistic approach to wellness, Chris continues to develop innovative biofeedback protocols to improve sleep.
In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing hockey, and working on various home renovation projects.
